Our story
Aura Hub was started by community workers and volunteers who kept meeting people in libraries, community centres, and senior groups asking the same question: "Is this message real?"
What began as a few volunteers helping neighbours interpret myGov notifications has grown into a nationwide network of trained community helpers — alongside a clear, searchable knowledge base of plain-English guides.
We don't act on your behalf, we don't lodge your return, and we are not licensed tax agents. We exist to make official systems easier to navigate and to direct you to the right official channels when you need them.
